| Popis rubu | A detailed bust of Louis René de Rohan (1734–1803), Cardinal and Prince-Bishop of Strasbourg, is depicted facing slightly left and filling the majority of the reverse field. He is shown in 18th-century ecclesiastical dress, wearing a powdered wig with rolled curls at the temples and clerical vestments with a pectoral cross suspended from a cord visible at the lower truncation. A decorative border of cardinal tassels frames the design on both sides, referencing his ecclesiastical rank. The curved legend LOUIS RENÉ DE ROHAN arcs along the upper rim in incuse lettering. |
