| Opis awersu | The obverse displays a raised relief of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation — the double-headed eagle — centrally positioned in the upper field. Issued in 2020 explicitly in recognition of medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic, this is one of the few Russian commemorative circulation coins directly responding to an ongoing crisis rather than a historical anniversary.
