The heading 'Notgeld der Gemeinde' appears in Gothic blackletter script at the top, with 'Egenbüttel' in large bold blackletter below, and the sub-legend 'Com. Amtsbezirk Pinneberg' in smaller script beneath. At the centre, a vignette of a solitary tree set within a red diamond cartouche forms the focal point, flanked on either side by the denomination '25 Pfg.' in bold red numerals. Below the central vignette, a three-line redemption clause in Gothic script states the note's validity period, followed by two manuscript signatures under the titles 'Der Finanzausschuss: i.A.' and 'Der Com. Amtsvorsteher:', with the printer's imprint 'Konrad Hanf, Hamburg 8.' at the foot. |
