Ornate rosette vignettes flank the text block at centre-left and centre-right, while the denomination numeral '25' with the legend 'PFENNIG' appears in each of the four corners. A facsimile signature of the Oberbürgermeister is printed beneath the main text, followed by the title 'Oberbürgermeister.' |
