| Description de l’avers | Brown-toned notgeld issued by the City of Bautzen, dated 15 November 1918, with a central text panel in Gothic blackletter script set within a rectangular dark-bordered frame. Ornate rosette vignettes flank the text block at centre-left and centre-right, while the denomination numeral '25' with the legend 'PFENNIG' appears in each of the four corners. A facsimile signature of the Oberbürgermeister is printed beneath the main text, followed by the title 'Oberbürgermeister.' |

| Description du revers | Tan and teal-green reverse dominated by a large circular vignette at centre showing the heraldic arms of Bautzen — a crowned eagle above a crenellated tower — enclosed within an elaborate guilloche rosette border. The denomination 'Fünfundzwanzig' is inscribed in large Gothic blackletter script across the top, with '25 Pfennig 25' rendered in bold blackletter along the lower edge. Identical counterfeit-warning paragraphs in Gothic script appear in the left and right margins, and the printer's imprint 'ADOLF FORKER LEIPZIG' is set in small roman capitals at the foot of the design. |
