Februar des Kriegsjahres 1917' is inscribed in the lower central field, below which the issuing authority's designation and two facsimile signatures appear alongside an embossed oval seal of the Bezirksverband; a framed anti-counterfeiting warning legend occupies the bottom margin, and the printer's imprint 'Adam & Co., Nerchau' is present at lower left. |
