A central cartouche with a scalloped top edge, printed in deep red, carries the denomination numeral '25' in blue at each upper corner. Below the cartouche, in Gothic (Fraktur) script, appear the issuing authority and validity clause, with a manuscript authorisation signature beneath the date line. |

| Mô tả mặt sau | The reverse continues the two-colour red and blue scheme, with vertical side panels in blue carrying the savings slogan in Fraktur lettering and decorative vignettes of leaping lions. The central dark-red field bears a woodcut-style allegory of thrift: an adult figure presenting coins or documents to a child beside a locked money chest, flanked by a star, above the centenary inscription in Fraktur. The dates '1821' and '1921' flank the central vignette at the top, and the printer's imprint appears in small capitals at the foot. |
