| Descrizione del dritto | The obverse is executed in a bold Jugendstil illustrative style, signed by the artist H. Zinger in the lower right. A central cartouche bears the denomination '25 Pfennig' in large gothic numerals, below which a shield vignette displays a bust of Mercury wearing a winged helmet, set against a light blue underprint. Flanking the central cartouche are two allegorical figures rendered in fine line work: a bearded armoured warrior to the left and a female figure with laurel wreath to the right, both surrounded by oak leaf sprays. The bold gothic inscription 'HANDELSKAMMER-OLDENBURG' runs along the bottom margin. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | The reverse presents a light guilloche underprint with a large '25' watermark-style vignette in blue at centre. The denomination numeral '25' appears in each corner in bold gothic type. A serial number line reads 'No E' followed by a stamped number. The main text body, in German blackletter script, states the note's validity throughout the Freistaat Oldenburg and its acceptance by all public cashiers, with a redemption clause. The issuing authority line reads 'Oldenburg i. O., 1. Dezbr. 1918. Die Handelskammer.' and is followed by two manuscript facsimile signatures. |
