正面描述	The obverse is set within a decorative wavy border with scalloped edges rendered in black and red. At the top, the denomination legend in Gothic blackletter script reads "Fünf und zwanzig Pfennig" above the issuer name "SCHWEFELBAD TENNSTEDT i/Th.". At centre, a heraldic shield vignette portrays a mitred bishop figure alongside a rampant lion, flanked on either side by large red numeral "25" denominators. Below the vignette, a redemption clause in Gothic script is followed by two manuscript signatures above the legend "Der Magistrat:", with the printer's imprint "GERHARD STALLING OLDENBURG" at the foot.
正面铭文	Fünf und zwanzig Pfennig SCHWEFELBAD TENNSTEDT i/Th. 25 Die Stadt Tennstedt i/Thür. verpflichtet sich zur Einlösung dieses Scheines einen Monat nach öffentlichem Aufruf. Nach dieser Zeit hat derselbe die Gültigkeit verloren. Der Magistrat: GERHARD STALLING OLDENBURG
背面描述	The reverse is enclosed within a bold decorative border with stylised foliate corner motifs in red and black. A ribbon banner at the top bears the inscription "SCHWEFELBAD TENNSTEDT i/Th." in Roman capitals. The central vignette presents a line-drawn view of a historic town gate with an arched passageway, ivy-covered walls, and a glimpse of the street beyond. Large red and black numeral "25" denominators with the abbreviation "Pfg" appear on both left and right flanks. Below the vignette, a four-line quotation in Gothic script attributed to "v. Goethe" reads: "Nichts Edlers gab uns Mutter Erde / Als dieser Quellekraft / Nicht gleicht ihr Gold an wahrem innern Werte / Ihr, die Gesundheit schafft."
