Description de l’avers	Blue and green notgeld printed on white paper, with a decorative outer border bearing the repeated inscription OLDENBURG IN HOLSTEIN along the top and bottom edges and OGED along the lateral sides. A central semicircular vignette in blue carries the text GUTSCHEIN DER STADT OLDENBURG HOLSTEIN arched above the large numeral 25, with the validity clause DIESER SCHEIN IST GÜLTIG BIS 1 JAN 1922 in a circular band; flanking vignettes depict cattails on the left and a wheat sheaf on the right. The lower portion carries a text panel with redemption conditions and a facsimile signature of Der Magistrat, with the printer's imprint JULIUS SIMONSEN, OLDENBURG (HOLST) along the bottom margin.

Description du revers	Blue and green composition divided into three pictorial panels beneath two banner inscriptions in Low German dialect. The left panel shows a townscape view of Stargard with a church spire reflected over water; the central panel presents the municipal coat of arms of Oldenburg in Holstein — a crenellated tower gate in blue on a shield, flanked by cattail and wheat motifs and surmounted by a decorative wreath with the designer's monogram H. 99 — while the right panel depicts a rural scene of Oldenburg with a chapel and bare trees. Denomination numerals 25 appear in all four corners, and two further Low German verse lines are inscribed along the lower border.
