Four shield-shaped vignettes in green, each enclosing an engraved view of a medieval tower or fortification of Patschkau, are arranged in the corners of the outer border. The lower portion of the central panel carries the redemption text, the date 'Patschkau, im Jahre 1921,' and two manuscript signatures attributed to the Magistrat. |
