Obverse description Red and green bicolor Notgeld on cream paper, with a red guilloche underprint border composed of a repeating wave pattern. The central white panel bears the issuer inscription in Gothic script and the denomination panel reading '25 Pfennige 25' in large ornate lettering against a dark horizontal band. Four shield-shaped vignettes in green, each enclosing an engraved view of a medieval tower or fortification of Patschkau, are arranged in the corners of the outer border. The lower portion of the central panel carries the redemption text, the date 'Patschkau, im Jahre 1921,' and two manuscript signatures attributed to the Magistrat.

Reverse description Red and green bicolor reverse with a bold red guilloche underprint throughout. The central vignette, rendered in green engraving and framed by a Gothic pointed arch, presents a detailed view of the Katholische Pfarrkirche (Catholic Parish Church) of Patschkau with its tower and nave. To the left, a vertically oriented oval cartouche encloses the denomination numeral '25' in green Gothic figures. To the right, a green engraved vignette of a stylized bird or heraldic eagle occupies a similarly decorated panel. The word 'WASER' is faintly visible in the lower left margin.
