The denomination numeral '25' appears in blue at each upper corner. A central vignette carries a sunburst underprint radiating from a large disc, surrounded by a crescent moon and scattered stars. At upper centre, a text panel in black letterpress bears the issuing authority and expiry notice, with two manuscript signatures below. The legend 'NOTGELD DER GEMEINDE KÖLLN-REISIEK' runs in large blue capitals across the lower portion, with the printer's imprint 'KONRAD HANF, HAMBURG 8' in the bottom margin. |

| Opmerkingen |
Kölln-Reisiek is a small municipality in Schleswig-Holstein, and its decision to issue Notgeld in 1921 places this note in the tail end of the first major German emergency currency wave — by that point hundreds of German municipalities had already been doing this for two to three years, flooding the market with locally-printed small denomination paper as coinage disappeared from circulation. Konrad Hanf in Hamburg handled a significant volume of northern German municipal Notgeld printing during this period, working for numerous small issuers across Schleswig-Holstein.
The DeNG reference suffix "2/6" indicates this is the second of six known varieties in the 0715.1a sequence.
