Below the arms, a scrolled banner carries the legend 'Gutschein' and the serial number, with the issue date 'Zerbst, den 1. Juli 1921' and a manuscript signature of 'Der Magistrat' at lower right. The printer's imprint 'Louis Koch — Halberstadt' appears at the foot, and a validity clause in small type runs across the lower margin. |
