The denomination 25 PF. appears in red numerals in the upper corners, with the place name BAD SALZUNGEN in large red display lettering at the foot, flanked by the validity notice Gültig bis 1 Monat nach Aufruf and the date Salzungen, den 10. Juni 1921 with the Magistrat's manuscript signature Sitte. |

The central design consists of a large oval wreath vignette enclosing a detailed line-drawn view of the Gradierhaus (saline graduation house) with its ornate Victorian pavilion architecture, flanking colonnaded wings, mature trees, and strolling figures in the foreground. A decorative scroll cartouche at the foot carries the caption Gradierhaus, and the printer's imprint REINECK & KLEIN, WEIMAR appears along the lower margin. |
