To the right, a coloured vignette portrays the poet Hermann Allmers seated on a garden bench reading papers, set against a green leafy background, captioned "Hermann Allmers in seinem Garten 1894". The denomination "25 Pfennig" appears in a yellow and blue square cartouche at centre-bottom, flanked by the issuing authority inscription "Gutschein der Gemeinde Stotel", the date "Stotel, den 11. The central panel is flanked on the left and right by two narrow vertical columns of Gothic-script text forming a continuous patriotic verse about the Stotel fortress. The entire composition is set within a yellow border on a pale green ground, the vignette rendered in an expressionist illustrative style. |
