To the right, a coloured vignette portrays the poet Hermann Allmers seated on a garden bench reading papers, set against a green leafy background, captioned "Hermann Allmers in seinem Garten 1894". The denomination "25 Pfennig" appears in a yellow and blue square cartouche at centre-bottom, flanked by the issuing authority inscription "Gutschein der Gemeinde Stotel", the date "Stotel, den 11. Februar 1921", and the facsimile signature of the Gemeindevorstand below. |
