The denomination numeral 25 appears in large ornamental figures at left and right, beneath which PFENNIG is inscribed, flanking a central vignette of the Goldap civic arms — an eagle displayed on a quartered shield with oak-leaf sprays in green — set against a pale green horizontal band. Validity and redemption notices are placed in the upper lateral panels, with two manuscript signatures of the Magistrat below and the designer credit ENTW: ARCH. HANS PHILIPP at lower right. |
