The central panel bears an octagonal vignette with a red surround, enclosing a detailed letterpress illustration of a vaulted Gothic arcade or passageway viewed in perspective; below it, the denomination '25 Pfg.' is rendered in large red script above the date 'D. 16. Febr. 1921' in black.
