| Obverse description | Printed in blue on cream paper, the obverse centres on a panoramic vignette of Köben's townscape flanked on either side by two heraldic shields supported by allegorical figures. The city arms — a crossed anchor and key — occupy the centre top between the denomination numerals '25' in each upper corner.
