The denomination '25 PFENNIG' is printed in bold letterpress below, with the issuer legend 'STADT JÜLICH' in vertical text along the left margin, a red serial number along the right margin, and the date 'den 31.12.1919' with the Bürgermeister's manuscript signature at the foot. |
