Obverse description	Black letterpress print on orange underprint; the Mexican coat of arms appears as a vignette at left. The issuer title "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS" is inscribed across the upper portion, with the obligation text and face value "$ 25.00 (VEINTICINCO PESOS)" centered in the body of the note, flanked by numeral value counters in all four corners. Two manuscript signatures with printed titles occupy the lower center and right, above the issuing location and date "México, julio 25 de 1914," with the printer imprint at the foot of the note; red overprinted serial number in five digits appears at upper right.

Reverse description	Black and blue letterpress print with no pictorial vignettes. A circular blue seal bearing the legend "SECRETARIA DE HACIENDA / TESORERIA DE LA FEDERACION" is positioned at left, while the face value "25 PESOS" appears in letters above numerals repeated in all four corners. The central text field carries the legal tender clause in Spanish.
