| Beschrijving voorzijde | Printed in blue on cream paper, the obverse is dominated by an ornate central cartouche with scrollwork flanked by stylised fish and wave motifs, enclosing the text of the municipal guarantee. The denomination numeral '25' appears at both upper corners above a decorative floral and lattice underprint border, with the script heading 'Heller' rendered in large calligraphic letterpress at the top. A facsimile manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister appears at the foot of the central text panel. |
