Burundi has no meaningful connection to the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This is a collector-market issue produced for the numismatic trade, a category in which Burundi's central bank has been a prolific participant since the 2000s — licensing its authority to mint for export revenue rather than domestic circulation. The coins never circulate in Burundi and are rarely if ever seen there.
