Описание лицевой стороны	The obverse is printed in black on cream paper with an intricate intaglio design. Two allegorical female figures flank the central text panel, which carries the bilingual denomination inscription in French and Arabic above the date and place of issue; a central guilloche vignette with a crowned heraldic shield and griffins occupies the lower portion. The issuer name arches across the top, with signature lines for the Contrôleur and the Caissier Principal below the date line.
