Popis líce	The obverse is printed in black on cream paper with an intricate intaglio design. Two allegorical female figures flank the central text panel, which carries the bilingual denomination inscription in French and Arabic above the date and place of issue; a central guilloche vignette with a crowned heraldic shield and griffins occupies the lower portion. The issuer name arches across the top, with signature lines for the Contrôleur and the Caissier Principal below the date line.

Popis rubu	The reverse is printed in black and displays a mirror-image show-through of the obverse design, with a large numeral '25' in the centre formed by intricate guilloche scrollwork. The border consists of geometric and arabesque interlaced patterns, with two circular medallions at left and right containing text legends. The overall layout is symmetrical, framed by a decorative ruled border.
