The legend QUEEN VICTORIA arcs along the upper periphery, while the commemorative inscription 200th ANNIVERSARY curves along the lower border. Flanking the inner circle on both sides are finely detailed botanical sprays of berries and foliage in high relief, lending an elegant decorative frame to the composition. The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark appears to the right of the inner circle. The deeply frosted central design contrasts against the mirror-polished proof fields. |
