Obverse description The sixth and final effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark, depicting a right-facing crowned bust of the monarch wearing a pearl necklace and drop earring, her elaborately styled hair surmounted by a jewelled crown. The legend ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 25 DOLLARS and date 2019 appear at the lower rim. The gold fineness and weight designation 1/4oz 9999 Au are inscribed along the left inner border, with the engraver's initials JC visible below the bust truncation. The portrait is set within a raised inner circle against a deeply mirrored proof field.

Reverse description A classically rendered laureate bust of Queen Victoria facing left, adapted from the celebrated 'Young Head' portrait used on early Victorian coinage, is centrally depicted within a raised inner circle. The legend QUEEN VICTORIA arcs along the upper periphery, while the commemorative inscription 200th ANNIVERSARY curves along the lower border. Flanking the inner circle on both sides are finely detailed botanical sprays of berries and foliage in high relief, lending an elegant decorative frame to the composition. The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark appears to the right of the inner circle. The deeply frosted central design contrasts against the mirror-polished proof fields.
