Within the cartouche, the Public Seal of Niue is depicted: a circular central device bearing a stylized native plant motif, encircled by the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, surmounted by a royal crown, and flanked by crossed ceremonial spears. A scrolled ribbon beneath bears the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination 25 DOLLARS appears along the upper-left edge of the cartouche and the date 2023 along the upper-right, both in raised lettering; the Czech Mint monogram CM appears at the lower right of the cartouche border. |
