| Obverse description | At centre, a highly detailed high-relief depiction of a cave lion skull rendered in three dimensions, with prominent saber-like canine teeth, set against a textured stone-effect field evoking a prehistoric rock surface. Six individual animal footprints are displayed within circular cartouches arranged around the periphery of the inner field, one of which bears selective gold coloring. The upper arc carries the legend REPUBLIC OF LIBERIA with the date 2026 below, while the denomination inscription 25 DOLLARS 2 oz Ag 999.9 appears in the lower field. | Reverse description | A dramatic high-relief confrontation between two cave lions (Panthera spelaea) depicted in a naturalistic prehistoric landscape, rendered with selective polychrome coloring in warm amber and brown tones. The dominant lion at left rears up on its hind legs with claws extended and jaws agape, facing a second lion at lower right which lies on its back with mouth open in a defensive posture.
