| Beschrijving voorzijde | The quartered coat of arms of Andorra occupies the central field, rendered in high relief and framed by ornate baroque scrollwork. The shield displays the episcopal mitre and crozier of the Bishop of Urgell in the upper-left quarter, the vertical bars of the Count of Foix in the upper-right, the bars of Catalonia in the lower-left, and two bulls passant representing Bearn in the lower-right. The denomination 25 DINERS appears in a curved legend above, and the date 1964 is inscribed below. The motto VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR is engraved across the lower portion of the decorative frame beneath the shield. A beaded border encircles the entire design. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The laureate bust of Napoleon I is portrayed in left-facing profile, rendered in a neoclassical style with finely detailed hair beneath a laurel wreath. The truncation of the bust is visible at the lower right, accompanied by the engraver's initials fm. A circular legend in Latin and Catalan surrounds the effigy along the upper and lateral periphery, while a secondary inscription arcs across the lower field within a beaded inner border, commemorating the nomination of the Veguer on 27 March 1806. The entire design is enclosed by a beaded border. |
