The legend UNITED STATES OF AMERICA curves along the upper periphery, while the denomination QUAR. DOL. is inscribed in the lower segment, all contained within a beaded border. The entire reverse retains the original milled Philadelphia Mint striking with no counterstamp applied to this side. |
