| Beschrijving voorzijde | The central vignette is dominated by a large oval cartouche bearing the denomination VINGT-CINQ CENTIMES above the numeral 25, framed by an elaborate wreath of foliage, ribbons, and two rampant supporters flanking the crowned Monegasque coat of arms at the base. The deliberation and sovereign decision dates appear in the upper corners, with two facsimile signature lines for the Ministre d'État and the Trésorier Général des Finances positioned within the oval. The outer border carries a guilloche-style frame with ornamental corner devices, and a redemption notice is printed along the lower margin. |
