The shield is flanked by two olive branches tied at the base, and surrounded by nineteen five-pointed stars arranged in a ring around the periphery, referencing the departments of Uruguay. The denomination 25 appears prominently below the arms in large numerals, with CENTÉSIMOS inscribed beneath in a bold upright legend. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
