Obverse description	Central vignette of King Ferdinand I in left-facing bust portrait, dressed in military uniform with medals, set against a yellow guilloche underprint with geometric border framework. A royal crown surmounts the composition at the top, flanked by the inscription ROMANIA and MINISTERUL FANTEZIILOR, while two rampant golden lions flank a central shield bearing the numeral 25 at the base. The denomination BANI DOUAZECI SI CINCI is inscribed in bold lettering across the top within a guilloche border frame, with BFR monograms repeated in the lateral margins.
