| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field displays the quartered royal arms of George III within a crowned shield, bearing the arms of England, Scotland, France, and Ireland in the four quarters. The date 1789 is divided across the shield flanks, with the denomination 2/3 displayed in an oval cartouche at the base of the shield. The circumferential legend in Latin reads GEORG·III·D·G·M·BR·FR·ET·HIB·REX·F·D· with a fineness statement FEIN SILB· completing the inscription, all in raised relief against a flat field. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A standing figure of the Wild Man of the Woods (Wilder Mann), the traditional heraldic supporter of Brunswick, is depicted at center in full length, facing slightly to the viewer's left, holding a pine tree or club over his left shoulder and resting his right hand on his hip. The figure stands on a rocky or forested ground line, with the mintmark C· placed in the exergue below. The denomination numeral 24 appears to the right of the figure in the field. The circumferential legend BR·ET·LVN·DVX·S·R·I·A·TH·ET·EL· runs along the upper border, denoting George III's titles as Duke of Brunswick and Lüneburg, Arch Treasurer and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire. |
