Beschrijving voorzijde	Dual portrait vignettes of Dr. Cecilia Grierson and Dr. Ramón Carrillo, pioneers of Argentine medicine, rendered in intaglio against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The denomination and issuing authority appear in bold letterpress at upper and lower registers respectively, with the note number printed vertically along the left margin.

Beschrijving keerzijde	A detailed intaglio architectural vignette occupies the central and right portions of the note, reproducing the ornate façade of the Instituto Nacional de Microbiología, Pabellón Carlos G. Malbrán, rendered in fine line engraving with strong contrasts. To the left, a descriptive text block in Spanish and the national coat of arms appear over a pink and red guilloche underprint, with two facsimile signatures of the Presidenta de la H.C. Diputados and the Presidente del B.C.R.A. at lower right.
