The composition is vigorous and dynamic, with a billowing cloak behind the rider and the fallen dragon rendered in fine anatomical detail. The engraver's name PISTRUCCI appears in the lower exergue, while the legend HONI · SOIT · QUI · MAL · Y · PENSE is inscribed in the surrounding border between two concentric circles. |
