| 正面描述 | The obverse features a finely detailed central design depicting the Bhutanese royal emblem: a double vajra (dorje) at the centre, surrounded by four stylised dragons amid swirling clouds and lotus blossoms, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The composition is enclosed within a circular border separating the inner design from a frosted outer band. The legend KINGDOM OF BHUTAN arcs along the upper periphery in Latin capitals, while the Dzongkha inscription འབྲུག་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ (meaning 'Kingdom of Bhutan') appears along the lower periphery in Tibetan script. |

Bhutan's Royal Monetary Authority has issued collector silver on a fairly consistent cycle, but the Year of the Dragon holds particular weight in Bhutanese Buddhist tradition — the country's very name, Druk Yul, translates as "Land of the Thunder Dragon." The Druk is not borrowed iconography from the Chinese zodiac cycle but an indigenous symbol woven into the national identity since at least the 17th century founding of the unified state under Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal.
KM# 204 is a recent addition to a catalog that has grown steadily since the RMA's formal establishment in 1982.
