| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents a dynamic depiction of a coiled dragon rendered in traditional Bhutanese artistic style, its sinuous body curling inward upon itself amid scrolling clouds and decorative foliage, occupying the central field in high relief against a dark frosted background. The dragon's head faces forward with pronounced detail, enclosed within an ornate cartouche of cloud and wave motifs. The legend 2024 YEAR OF THE DRAGON arcs along the upper periphery in spaced Latin capitals, flanked by small dot ornaments. In the lower exergue, a scrolled banner bears the face value NU.200, with the fineness notation 1 OZ 999 FINE SILVER inscribed beneath. |

Bhutan's Royal Monetary Authority has issued collector silver on a fairly consistent cycle, but the Year of the Dragon holds particular weight in Bhutanese Buddhist tradition — the country's very name, Druk Yul, translates as "Land of the Thunder Dragon." The Druk is not borrowed iconography from the Chinese zodiac cycle but an indigenous symbol woven into the national identity since at least the 17th century founding of the unified state under Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal.
KM# 204 is a recent addition to a catalog that has grown steadily since the RMA's formal establishment in 1982.
