Obverse description Oval cast lead piece with a central square hole. To the right of the hole, a vertical column of two characters reads 生産局 (Seisankyoku, meaning 'Production Bureau'), denoting the issuing authority. To the left of the hole, the denomination inscription 價二百 (Ka-nihyaku, meaning 'Value 200') is arranged vertically, flanking the perforation. All inscriptions are rendered in traditional Chinese regular script (kaisho) within an unadorned field.

Reverse description Plain reverse field bearing a single vertical column of four characters positioned to the right of the central square hole, reading 三十四匁 (Sanjūyon-monme), indicating the coin's nominal weight of 34 monme in traditional Japanese measurement units. The inscription is rendered in traditional Chinese regular script (kaisho). The remainder of the reverse field is unadorned.
