| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse presents an entirely typographic design within a beaded border. At the top of the field, a small heraldic eagle with spread wings and a shield on its breast is centered above the divided inscription NOT — GELD flanking it. Below, the denomination 200 is displayed in large numerals flanked by decorative foliate scrolls, followed by the legend MILLIARDEN in bold lettering, then MARK between additional scroll ornaments. The issuing city name HEILBRONN appears below, and the date 1923 is inscribed at the bottom, flanked by the letters A and N separated by raised dots, all executed in a bold, Art Deco-influenced typeface. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse depicts a densely composed allegorical scene rendered in high relief within a beaded border. A crowd of figures in contemporary early 1920s dress are shown dancing and carousing in a frenzied, decadent manner around a classical column, atop which stands a small statue of a bull or ox — an allusion to the biblical Golden Calf and a satirical commentary on the rampant inflation and financial speculation of the Weimar hyperinflationary period. The figures are modeled with expressive, dynamic postures conveying chaos and abandon, filling the entire field without any inscriptions. The composition is executed in a vigorous expressionist style characteristic of German Notgeld art of the period. |
