| Reverse description | The reverse presents a bold right-facing portrait bust of Aloys Klar, the Czech philanthropist and educator of the blind, rendered in high relief with strong facial modeling and flowing hair. To the right of the portrait stands a detailed architectural rendering of a classical building associated with Klar's institute for the blind in Prague. The dates 1763 and 2013 flank the lower left of the portrait, commemorating the 250th anniversary of his birth. The inscription ALOYS KLAR arcs along the left rim in large capital letters. The engraver's initials BR (Branislav Ronai) appear beneath the portrait near the base, accompanied by a facsimile signature in cursive script. |
