| Opis awersu | Central field dominated by the Seal of Solomon, a bold six-pointed star composed of two interlocking triangles, enclosing a circle within which a five-pointed pentagram (the Cherifian star) is incused. The interstices of the star are filled with intricate foliate and arabesque relief ornament in a traditional Moroccan decorative style. A continuous bilingual legend in Arabic and Latin script encircles the design along the periphery, with the word ESSAI inscribed at the base of the central motif below the lower point of the star. |

| Opis rewersu | The reverse presents a densely lettered field arranged in concentric registers. The denomination 200 FRANCS and its Arabic equivalent فرنك are prominently displayed in the central zone, surmounted by the name MAROC in large Latin capitals. Below the denomination, the dual date AN 1953 and the Hijri year 1372 are inscribed. An outer legend band carries EMPIRE CHERIFIEN in Latin script on the left and الإمبراطورية الشريفة in Arabic on the right, with the circular legend الدولة الشريفة running around the periphery, all separated by decorative dot motifs. |
