The central vignette presents a formal portrait of Dom Pedro I (Pedro de Alcântara Francisco António João Carlos Xavier de Paula Miguel Rafael Joaquim José Gonzaga Pascoal Cipriano Serafim) set within an ornate decorated frame, flanked on both sides by the denomination numeral 200.
