| Reverse description | The reverse features a polished black proof field dominated by a central vignette of the Sino-Korean Friendship Bridge spanning the Yalu River, rendered in fine detail with its truss superstructure and stone piers reflected in the water below. A large crescent arc frames the bridge scene, with a row of five-pointed stars arranged along its inner curve against the dark field. To the left of the bridge scene, a circular North Korean star emblem is visible; to the right, a cluster of five stars referencing the Chinese national emblem. Flanking the lower portion of the central design are two sprays of magnolia blossoms. The dates '1949 – 2019' appear in the lower center field, while the Chinese characters '朝中建交' (Establishment of DPRK-China Diplomatic Relations) are inscribed along the lower margin.
