| 裏面の説明 | Printed in golden-brown on a light ground, the reverse centres on a finely engraved vignette of the Ecuadorian national coat of arms — an oval shield enclosing Mount Chimborazo and a steamship on a river, surmounted by a condor with spread wings, flanked by palm and laurel branches and supported by a fasces at the base. The bank name BANCO CENTRAL DEL ECUADOR appears on a scroll banner at the top, while the denomination VEINTE SUCRES is inscribed along the lower edge, flanked by guilloche rosettes bearing the numeral 20 at each corner. |
