Obverse description Central toughra (calligraphic monogram) of the Khalifa Abdullah flanked by elaborate foliate sprays rising symmetrically on either side, with two crossed spears tied at the centre below the toughra. A ring of six-pointed stars encircles the upper field, and the denomination in Arabic numerals appears within the floral composition. The entire design is contained within a beaded border.
