The legend 'OBERER STADTTURM' arcs across the upper field, divided by the tower's cupola. A laurel wreath borders the design along all eight sides of the octagonal flan. The engraving displays a competent landscape treatment characteristic of German municipal Notgeld token design of the early 1920s. |
