Denomination numerals '20' appear at upper left and right alongside the inscription ПАРА, with curved Cyrillic legends arching on either side of the central vignette. The wide decorative border is composed of interlaced Celtic-style knotwork at the sides and geometric folk ornament at top and bottom, with municipal emblems in each lower corner. |
